The chatbot Agent001 responds solely based on the materials you provide. You build the knowledge base by uploading documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT), specifying URLs to be indexed, or attaching a product feed from your store. This collection of content defines the substantive boundaries of the agent — it will not go beyond that. The language model itself (Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT) serves as the engine for understanding and formulating responses, but not as a source of knowledge about your company. It operates according to two things: instructions (how it should behave, what tone to use, what not to do) and knowledge (your documents). The system instructions for Agent001 are designed to actively counteract hallucinations — if an answer is not in the knowledge base, the chatbot will admit it does not know, rather than making things up. It may also suggest contacting a consultant or redirecting to the appropriate department in such situations. In practice, this means you have full control over what your chatbot "knows" — and updating the knowledge comes down to replacing the document or refreshing the source.

Agent001 has built-in integrations with three families of models: OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), and Google (Gemini). All three handle conversational language excellently — both in Polish and in other languages — so from the perspective of communication quality with the client, you won't go wrong choosing any of them. The differences between the models appear rather at the cost level according to the pricing of the providers of these models.

We do not store your customers' conversations with the chatbot. The content of the conversation is not saved in the Agent001 databases nor archived on our servers — this is a conscious architectural decision that eliminates the risk of sensitive data leaks and simplifies GDPR compliance on your side. The conversation exists only during its duration: the customer's query goes to the selected AI model (OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini) along with the relevant part of your knowledge base, the model generates a response, and the session ends. Model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) do not use the transmitted content to train their models within the business API — this is the market standard for commercial applications. What we store:
  • Your knowledge base (documents, content from pages, product feed) — necessary for the chatbot to function
  • Usage statistics — the number of conversations, token consumption, basic metrics, but without the content of the conversations
  • The chatbot configuration — instructions, branding, integration settings
In the Individual variant, you can go even further and implement the entire solution on your own infrastructure or private cloud — then even the knowledge base does not leave your environment. This is an option for companies that, due to regulations (financial, medical, public sector), must keep data in a specific location.
